India vs Australia, 1st Test, Day 3

Another good day of cricket yesterday. Slow batting by the Aussies but clever in the sense that they can no longer really lose the game. The runs are on the board and the game is India's to lose. If Sehwag and Gambhir are allowed to get going though it will create a few scares for the Aussies.

Hussey continues to demonstrate that he is the real deal. Watson continues to frustrate. Will Roy just go and kiss and make up with CA officialdom so Mr. Cricket has someone to partner him in the middle order?

Zaheer has bowled really well and Sharma (aka Mr. Man-hair -- thanks Moses) is the new Indian Samson. The secret is in the hair; cut it off and he loses his power.

JC's observation that the Aussies probably can't take 20 wickets with their line up seems to be spot on the mark. Let's just hope Brett Lee's roommate forced him to turn off the Bollywood movie channel last night and get some rest for today.

Here is the link to the live scorecard. Despite Tailspin's pleas to bring back the blogosphere biff I must confess I am enjoying my cricket more without the racist banter. What is wrong with flat beer? Beer is beer.

Welcome back guys! I hope you remember me. India is really struggling. Poor shot selection by sehwag really that shot wasnt needed. Dravid is also struggling hope he will get through this spell.

Laxman goes for a duck! His first duck against australia i think. As usual banglore is not so lucky for india.

Guys 2 all in umpiring decisions as Dravid got a sucker from the umps today.

Match, adv Aussies but not as much as they should have got. India can still salvage a draw as Aussies would not be able to bowl to India for 4 sessions as they would have liked

Truth be told ... Guru Chappell spilled the beans on the top 6 Indian bats.
All secret codes gone ! They fell like bailed out Markets.
Thank god we were saved by the Tail whose secrets were not important enough to spill.
The tail didn't spin well earlier but wagged vigourously today.

Sharma is an overgrown monk whippet, Zaheer carries on like he is a decent cricket when he gets a wicket, Laxman is soft, Ganguly is a weed, Sehwag is a hack, Dravid is boring and slow and boring and ugly, Kumble is a medium pacer nota spinner, Harbi is the sickest thing i have ever looked at, he is a perverted grub on par with the littlestrapper

Well Damienmartyn:

here is ur ans:

Sharma the Overgrown Monk but has a puppet called Ponting.
Zak: who now seems to have Hydo as his puppet
Laxman: Well, well soft against others but a series against Aussies seem to always save his career (I think Aussies bowlers shit in their pants with the prospect of bowling to him)
Ganguly: Weed under whose captaincy, Steve Waugh had a horrible sendoff trying to save a match and series.
Sehwag: A hack who can make any bowling attack (including Aussies) look kiddish
Dravid: Boring alright but he has more Test runs to his kitty than ur Captain.
Kumble: Medium pacer alright but then more effective than most Aussie medium pacer/spinners.
Harbi: Sick alright but not as sick as ur Mr. Sissy/Mr. Gone Fishing

And ya, all of the above Indians are better in their field than a certain Damien Martyn.
